The host met me on the ferry station,, welcomed me and even supported with my bag, he was very welcoming, polite supportive, It was the best place I stayed in, in whole ITaly and it is highly recommended.

The property was in a great location and once Luca had provided the directions, easy to find. The property is clean, comfortable and benefited from air conditioning which was heavenly given the 30+ degree temperature in Venice when we visited.

The apartment felt newly renovated and well maintained. Luca was welcoming, met us at the waterbus stop, and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
One of the beds had hair and debris on the sheets, making it clear they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. We notified Luca and he responded promptly by bringing fresh bed linens which we appreciated.

The host was very friendly and helpful with information. The location was great, room was quiet with the extra shutters closed at night. The mini fridge was nice to have. Air conditioning worked good. The bathroom amenities were nice (shower gel and shampoo) and the room was nicely decorated.
Picture of room showed a red couch with a slider door, which appeared to be able to seperate it from the main room, but that photo didn't correspond to the room we booked. Blue light on light switch was annoying at night. Lacked anywhere to hang clothes or a luggage rack to put a suitcase up off the floor.
