Good
We love the place! Thank you for keeping your unit well, it is clean, fully-equipped and all is well. The mattress and pillows are comfortable too.
On top of your unit, we love the surroundings.
It was absolutely so beautiful, Green Haven has a stunning landscape and it is such a beautiful place to stay.
The pool, the garden, the plants and the walking pathway on the 4th and 30th floor are so unique.
Thank you for making the effort to keep the unit good for us to fully enjoy ourselves.
Just that we couldn't log into the Netflix (need to subscribe). But so far that's not crucial.

Unit was clean n well maintained - the Host was friendly, the location was good.
We did not receive what we paid for. Our booking clearly requested two rooms, each with an attached bathroom.
We were informed that our unit would face the swimming pool, with minimal traffic noise compared to the road-facing units.
However, the traffic noise was extremely loud and disturbed our sleep throughout the night.
Upon check-in, the Host mentioned that the unit we originally requested had its air-conditioning under maintenance, which was not communicated earlier.
There was also no Coway machine or 3-in-1 coffee/tea provided, although the Host later offered bottled drinking water and some 3-in-1 coffee and tea sachets.
