The property is spacious and very well equipped for some holidays at the beach! There's everything you need to cook and wash your clothes, the beds are comfortable, and there's a cozy living room to relax if you're feeling chilly at night, or you can hang out on the picnic table in the garden.
We travelled at the end of summer / beginning of fall, so the neighbourhood was very quiet, friendly and felt safe. You only need to walk 5 minutes to reach the beach, but it's definitely easier if you have a car, as shops can be quite far from the place. Our lovely hosts left us some tea and biscuits as a welcome present, which we really appreciated! :)
The kitchen is very well furnished, but some paper for the baking trays would have been welcome!

We had been to this site 19 years ago although previously a private booking. We were pleased with the area and decided that we would go there again.
The overgrown walkway down to the beach could have been cut back to make access easier

Gezellige inrichting. Aparte leefruimte was handig om de kinderen 's morgens te laten spelen. Vrij dicht bij de zee (15 minuten). Goede uitvalsbasis om leuke uitstapjes te maken (St Ives, St Michael 's mount, zeehonden spotten bij de vuurtoren). Extra stoelen, zodat iedereen kan zitten. Dat lijkt evident, maar is het niet.
Het kookgerief en het aanrecht waren niet erg schoon. We hebben veel moeten afwassen voor we het konden gebruiken.
Er was ook niet erg veel om te koken. Een middelmaat kookpot en grote pan zouden wel handig zijn.
De locatie/park is nogal dor in de zomer. Er is weinig begroeiing.

Outstanding location, plenty of space. Good size bedrooms. Close amenities.
The living room chairs, not very comfortable! A nice corner sofa would suit the space better and be more comfortable. A couple of deck chairs would be great, to enjoy evening sunshine. Curtains on the bedroom windows for lying in. Maybe a tv with the option for visitors to use their own Netflix app. Some board games and more books.
