The property is very nice, exactly like the photos. Gives the vibe of a homey hotel. It’s quite spacious and the balcony is a nice touch with a nice view. Loved the bath room too with its drying setting! Sooo high tech! Close to Kuromon markets too! The laundry was handy.
Note there are a few apartments in the area with the same name. Make sure you go to the right one, once it’s correct then it’s easy to checkin.

The location is superb. In 10 minutes, you can be in the heart of the city. There are two metro stations close to the apartment; one of them is Namba, which has a direct connection to the airport and the Shinkansen. The area is calm and quiet. There is a Family Mart just a 1-minute walk away. There is a private washing machine in the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. I would definitely come back.
Nothing else, but it would have been helpful if we could have checked in before 4 PM, even if the room wasn't ready yet.

It was clean and had a washing machine in the room (no dryer).
There was no one on site, not able to transfer luggage. A bit of a walk to namba station. The photos make the room appear larger than it is.
