What we liked: the location near the subway, a supermarket, and central London. Safe neighborhood. The apartment, though very small, was functional. The kitchen has a great espresso machine (very important to me), good coffee, and, overall, a decent setup. Usually, I wouldn't choose the ground floor, but this time I didn't mind because our luggage was heavy. The bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets.
WiFi was slow; occasionally, TV programs stalled while buffering. The bedroom window can be closed but cannot be locked, which is an issue on the ground floor. The kitchen faucet was dripping and loose, and the bedroom is tiny, with the king-size bed taking up almost all the space. You can't get off the bed from one side unless you slide to the long end. The kitchen could use a microwave, but there's nowhere to put it. The fridge works, but the freezer was clogged with ice and needs to be defrosted. The bathroom is functional but tiny, about 2 square meters. Overall, the apartment looks much larger in the photos than it does in real life. It's an older apartment of about 16-20 square meters, but over our nine days, it grew on US.

Great location, good access to transport, clean and comfortable excellent value for the area
The bed might not be to everyone's liking

"We really enjoyed this perfect little flat in a prime location. It was very cosy, with lots of little touches that made us feel like at home. Complimentary tea, coffee and variety of biscuits was a ni..."
