What a truly special place. The location is simply breathtaking, overlooking the crystal-clear sea with your own private access straight into the water. The views are spectacular at every time of day.
Our favourite part was the terrace, sitting on the terrace each morning with a coffee (kindly provided by the owners), looking out across the calm bay. During the day, you can relax in the shade while taking in the sea, the mountains and the charming harbour with its waterfront restaurants. As the afternoon sun comes around, it’s the perfect time to cool off with a swim before using one of the two showers to freshen up and get ready for the evening.
From the property, it’s less than a minute’s walk to the harbour, (or a 10 second swim) where you’ll find several excellent restaurants, a small village shop and beautiful old streets to wander through. In the evening, we loved returning to the terrace to watch the mountains illuminated across the bay – a magical end to each day.
The family who own the property were incredibly welcoming and responsive. Whenever we had a question, they replied quickly, and when we had a small issue, Georgia arrived within five minutes and resolved it immediately with a smile. The level of service was exceptional. The beds we were comfortable with good quality bedding and towels provided. The kitchen is small but very well equipped.
Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, and we very much hope to return one day.

Frühstück selber gemacht und gegessen auf der wunderbaren Veranda von der man gleich ins Meer kommt!! Einmalig und toll!
Das dritte Zimmer hat keinen direkten Zugang zu der Veranda

L’incroyable terrasse avec son escalier plongeant directement dans une eau transparente, la vue depuis les chambres, le confort de la literie
Problèmes d’évacuation d’eau mais il semblerait que des travaux soient prochainement prévus

If you had to pick a location this would probably be the best one. Right on the sea, walk out of the rear, down steps and into the most beautiful sea. Fantastic.
The property was tired, one bathroom smelled awful for the whole stay. I guess that’s why it was not expensive.
