Perfection, paradise, a dream — a truly surreal experience. From the wonderful staff and beautiful facilities to the room, I was wowed every minute of every day.
Perfection and surreal — there’s very little to critique. Breakfast was good, but I felt the rest of the menu could be elevated to match the exceptional standard of the rest of the experience.

It’s a beautiful property, with a cenote inside and it’s made in a very beautiful way and kept natural
Our room’s air conditioner wasn’t working. We complained and someone came but didn’t resolve the problem. Attention to detail is missing

The cleanliness is exceptional and I loved the yoga classes.
They have hidden fees. Parking they charge you separately, nobody was in the hotel but they wanted to charge us $8,000 to use a sun bed, some extra taxes. The food prices are ridiculous and the quality is not even good. This is one of the reasons why Tulum has no tourism anymore.
