The property was quiet with the older New England cape charm. It was clean and cozy. I liked how peaceful it was to be able to go outside on the back deck and listen to the nature and smell the ocean air. We even saw a few white tailed deer in the woods. I also loved the fenced yard. That was perfect. I loved how the house had everything we needed in the kitchen. This was a very nice 3 night stay for my husband and I. I do miss the smell of the ocean air.
I don’t have anything necessarily that I didn’t like. Just a few things to mention. I don’t think the outside back deck light was working. also the dining room light over the table was flickering when we turned it on, and there is a very large branch from a sumac tree hanging over the driveway. The condemned house next door was a little weird but it didn’t bother us much.

The property was clean and the location was excellent.
You will need a subscription service for the TV, no cable service available. The welcome book said batteries for the remote were available in a closet but there were none so the TV remote didn’t work. It also said there was a remote for a bedroom fan but we saw none.
In the kitchen there are no spices or things like tin foil or plastic wrap.
