King bed was sagging in the middle TV Most shows and stations were unavailable and required subscriptions. Homeowners guide did not provide instructions. Each tv had 2 remotes w no instructions No dish cloths provided for kitchen clean up Only 2 bath wash cloths provided Unit thermostats were not working throughout . Cold 18C in unit. Widespread heating maintenance required during our stay. Thankfully the gas fire place, warm throws and an extra layer of clothing helped

Beautiful place to stay. Very homey and comfortable. Super clean. Kitchen has everything you could need. We played several of the games and put together a puzzle that had all been provided. Views off the deck are amazing. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy walk along the river. Easy access to the highway to drive into Banff etc. Much more relaxed vibe than staying in the town of Banff.

Be aware that the two larger bedrooms are above the garage entrance, so guests will hear the garage door go up and down. It isn’t all that noisy, but bringing earplugs would solve the issue if you are a light sleeper.
