The location was great , nice and quiet & big house for 4 adults .Pool was a lovely addition to our stay .Had everything we need for a week's stay .
Only think on arrival is we had no linen that we paid for , it did eventually arrive after a few phone calls ,we received it with great communication from the agents . They only advise i would give the owners is you desperate need to replace all your linen, pillows & towels that are in terrible condition.

On first arrival the house was nice and clean and looked good however there were some issues.
There were a few things with the property and the managing of it that made me a little frustrated. On first arrival the battery’s for the garage door were flat so we couldn’t use that over the weekend, than after a decent drive with a 3 year old we found there was not a single roll of toilet paper left for guests, no mini milk in the fridge or any body wash mini things like many other places we have stayed and the rules on the fridge were just a crumpled piece of paper. It’s just made it feel very cheap and unfinished. On top of this I had to pay $30 extra per bed for linen and towels. All we got was a fitted sheet no flat or fresh cushion covers and 2 towels for a 3 person family. The TV was also a major issue. Firstly the upstairs one didn’t work at all and the downstairs one was so old the remote only worked if you were right infront of it and only a few of the Chanel’s worked too. They had a dvd player and about 10-15 dvd most of which didn’t work because they were so scratched. Although these issues are minor as a whole it made the stay feel very cheap and a little frustrating and I feel if these issues are looked into this property would be much more comfortable and enjoyable to stay at.

We liked walking into a large clean townhouse. Location was perfect and in walking distance to the main shops in Cowes. We liked that the owner's information booklet gave us the heads up to book places in advance, Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and Go Carts. These can be booked out well in advance.
If you aren't sure about anything within the property, Neighbour at #5 is only too happy to have a chat and help you out.
Our family would be happy to visit again in the future. Owners are easily contactable if you have any concerns. You get a chance to select your own time for arrival closer to the date.
My only dislike was the lack of fans in bedrooms. There is air-conditioning however that is out in the living area downstairs and upstairs.

The property was lovely and secure
That we were not able to check in at our check in time we had to wait got over three hours. They did give us a later checkout There were alot of dirty dishes. That we had to clean before using. Pool was not accessible due to not being cleaned. Extremely bad communication I messaged about things and never got a response.
