The host Alfred was amazing. He was the most kind host I have experienced. Very helpfull and even made a meal for me.
The location is good, close to restaurants.
If you want to book, make sure you get a room not on the front as the road is very noisy from 6am on.

Location - walk 5min to bus stop to Legazpi, to food & restaurants. However, not much to see in area- have to take tuktuk to beach.
Staff, Uncle Edwin was very nice and obliging.
Good value for money.
A hot water heater for bath would be nice.
