It is quite near the International airport, Davao.
No staff available during night check-ins. Arrived at 9.30pm. The guard at the gate didn’t allow us to be dropped in front of the building as accdg to him, after handing off my ID for verification I was not on the list. I have 3 luggages with me, so we got out of the taxi & checked again the list & myname is actually there. 😕 i had to walk to the next block with the luggages. None of this happen, if only the staff is physically present at the site and the mobile number provided would actually work.
WiFi password was not given right on time. That should be provided beforehand, right after confirmation of the booking. I wasn’t able to use it since the owner already slept during my check in.

Nice secure gated subdivision. Felt secure in the area. We were right next to the pool but only stayed 1 day since it ws more of a layover stay for us.
The room needs a little work. It needs some attention in areas and could have been cleaner. I am a bit picky when it comes to clean so take it with a grain of salt.

Roomy condo! Water included. Working Hot Water! Quiet!!!
Internet lacked name and password. Poor cell phone service. Comforter too heavy for the tiny air-conditionier. Expensive Parking

Great neighborhood and security. Clean, the owner and caretaker was accommodating and considerate.
Hot shower and range hood exhaust does not functioning, but still with good water pressure and with complete kitchen amenities.
