Beautiful modern spacious villa and pool with amazing views.
Spotlessly clean, pool attendant came every morning and cleaner every other day.
The split level accommodation worked well for us, although wasn't sure initially. You enter the main villa at the back into a spacious huge living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen, this has a balcony with eating area and amazing views. There's a bathroom with a washing machine on this floor and a double bedroom.
Large staircase leads to master bedroom with ensuite and a balcony.
There are external steps on either side of the villa going down to the pool area and the separate apartment with a huge room two single beds and a kitchenette and bathroom. Our two daughters in their twenties stayed in this bit.
There is a good restaurant in 15 mins walking distance up hill.
On the days we hung out at the villa lunch took a bit of coordination, we usually prepared most things upstairs and then carried it down to eat by the pool, cooking omelettes in the kitchenette. We usually had breakfast on the main balcony outside the main villa living area while our daughters had their patio by the pool.
Watch how you drive into the villa!!! There's a small parking space on the RIGHT as you turn in to the property. The representative who met us nearby didn't warn us and almost drove off the parking area on the left.
Stoupa doesn't have many taxi companies. Make sure you book in the morning or the day before. The representative gave us a couple of taxi numbers. Send the location of Zerveas Villas. They all used WhatsApp.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is perfect for a relaxing break. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming during check-in. We enjoyed spending the day here, especially by the great pool, and the surroundings made it all the more special.
The air conditioning is a bit outdated. It worked fine, but it could benefit from an upgrade for extra comfort.

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare, spektakuläre Aussicht und einen Privatparkplatz, auf den man auch mit einem großen Auto unkompliziert fahren kann, mit Schiebetor auf dem Grundstück. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert durch einen Verwalter.
Das Internet funktionierte kaum, dies ist anscheinend der Versorgung in der Gegend geschuldet. Da kann die Eigentümerin sicherlich nichts dafür, jedoch wird es "in allen Bereichen" angeboten und wir hätten es gebraucht. Es handelt sich um mehrere Häuser in einer Reihe. Man hört alles lautstark, wenn die Nachbarn Musik aufdrehen oder sich am Pool unterhalten. Im Haus waren sehr viele Ameisen, sie kamen sogar aus den Kochfeldern. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist für eine Familie ungeeignet. Wir wussten das, dachten aber nicht, dass es so unangenehm ist. Oben beim Eingang ist sozusagen das Haupthaus, man geht vorne beim Parkplatz zur Haustür rein. Das obere Haus hat keine direkte Verbindung zum Pool, der auf der anderen Seite des Hauseingangs weiter unten liegt. Man muss dazu aus der Haustür raus und die Seitentreppen runter und kommt dabei an der unteren Wohnung vorbei. Diese hat große Terrassentüren zum Pool. Allerdings war die untere Wohnung so voll mit Stechmücken, dass wir sie gar nicht genutzt haben. Die beiden Wohnungen sind nicht miteinander verbunden. Der Pool ist ziemlich klein und wirkt auf den Bildern größer.
