Tutto, ci siamo trovate benissimo. Siamo arrivate in ritardo e c’era Enzo ad aspettarci al suo bar in cui ci ha offerto qualcosa per rinfrescarci. L’ appartamento identico alle foto, i letti comodissimi, e soprattuto il divano letto dato che eravamo 3, dotato di ogni confort e con l’ aria condizionata che ci ha salvato dal caldo. Enzo, il proprietario, di una gentilezza unica e sempre disponibile per ogni cosa, ci ha addirittura offerto il servizio taxi per raggiungere la stazione centrale o per uscire la sera con tranquillità. La posizione ottima, a due passi dai quartieri spagnoli e 2 minuti a piedi dalla funicolare che porta direttamente a via Toledo in caso non si voglia camminare. Non posso che consigliarlo a tutti, un opzione comoda e decisamente economica per tutti i servizi offerti. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Gestori simpaticissimi e molto disponibili. Grazie a Enzo, Raffaella ed i loro dipendenti. Colazione superba nel loro bar/pasticceria. B&B molto ampio e accogliente con tutti i servizi (compresi lavatrice/asciugatrice, frigoriferi ed aria condizionata). Comodo per girare Napoli anche per la vicinanza di una stazione della Funicolare. Prezzi molto buoni.
C'è un pò di confusione, di sera tardi, nelle strade adiacenti x le persone che sono in strada a chiaccherare, soprattutto d'estate. Ma signori ..... siamo a Napoli una delle città più belle e con le persone più simpatiche. Quindi ... accettate le cose come stanno

L’appartamento è carino e funzionale ed è situato in una piccola stradina caratteristica sopra i quartieri spagnoli. La posizione è molto buona in quanto ci si trova in una zona tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere il centro storico percorrendo a piedi le strette e vivaci viuzze del cuore di Napoli e, in pochi minuti, si arriva anche alla stazione della funicolare. Un'autorimessa a pochi metri dall'appartamento permette di lasciare la macchina al sicuro, anche se un po' costosa. Ma il valore aggiunto è l’ospitalità e la gentilezza del signor Vincenzo, il proprietario, che ha a pochi passi dall’appartamento una pasticceria/rosticceria dove viene servita un’abbondante colazione a base di dolci tipici. Siamo arrivati la sera, stanchi dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina e il signor Vincenzo ci ha subito preparato una cena a base di prodotti tipici e nei giorni successivi si è prodigato per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e farci sentire i benvenuti a Napoli. Un caro saluto al signor Vincenzo che alla partenza non abbiamo potuto salutare di persona. Grazie di tutto!

The host was incredible. It was clear right from the start that the owner Enzo was a people person. Extremely hospitable offering food and drink the minute we arrived. Parking is on the main street and difficult to find so Enzo moved his car the first night so we could use his spot. The parking lot down the road was 50 € per night which was not expected as it is quoted at 30 € per night in the ad. Enzo's bakery cafe was around the corner and was a welcomed spot for breakfast. His wife and staff were also very nice. Unfortunately the apartment was not. The ad listed and reviewed here shows a spacious, clean well equipped and layed out apartment. We were not offered this dwelling. Instead we were housed in the small back alley apartment shown as a ground floor apartment. Those pictures were clearly from some time ago. I went back to read previous reviews and fully understand that those reviews are for the apartment with all of the pictures with the light wood cupboards. The apartment main floor was one small room. Kitchen on one side, bathroom door right off the dining table. The sofa/bed was worn and had a blanket over the base cushions. The bathroom was tight, and shabby. The fixtures were worn, the floor was dirty. There was nowhere to put your shower toiletries except the floor. The towel bar was broken an in the sink drawer. There was no soap, soap dish or dispenser so even when you bought your own there was nowhere to put it. There was a bidet but there also was a plastic drawer unit (to provide more storage) leaned up against it so there was no way to actually use the unit. Best of all, there was no toilet seat. Enzo thought I was silly for complaing about that but did hand deliver a foam toilet seat to my husband the second evening. It was not installed, no tools provided to even install it ouselves. The kitchen was stocked with some basics and a new stove. There kitchen was 1/2 ready for use. Dishsoap but no place to put the wet dishes.
I struggled with my conscious over writing this review. We really liked Enzo. However, fair is fair. I would hate for another traveller to be duped as we were and hope that Enzo will make whatever changes are necessary to bring that apartment up to standard or just remove it from his listings. I honestly dont think Enzo thinks its that bad but as a very experienced traveler who just spent three weeks crossing Italy I can say this was by far the only accomodation I would not recommend. The mouse stool under the sink was not a welcome sight.
