After the confusion at the start regarding the booking, I thought it had been cancelled, but it saved us at the last minute when another property in Yerevan let us down mid september, and this was the only affordable place we could find! Its a large house, quiet, very close to the airport, the other guests were friendly. We enjoyed staying in Geghanist village, and the balcony has a view of Yerevan as well as Mt Ararat.
I thought there was a shared kitchen. It is possible to use the family kitchen sometimes, but it was clear that it made people a bit uncomfortable, and that even dish soap to wash dishes was not provided, there is a supermarket very near however. I just think that could be a bit clearer in the description. But it may be lost in tranalation. The family will provide pots, plates, and utensils for use upstairs. There is a small twin plate stove upstairs which was more convenient.

I had night trip. Though the place is not in the trendy area a taxi driver had found it with easiness.
Possibility and easiness to change rules and options.
