L'hotel è in posizione centralissima sulla piazza principale di Matelica. Il parcheggio comunale è a cinque minuti di distanza.
Il personale è stato molto cortese e ci ha consigliato di rivolgerci alla Pro Loco per visite al Teatro Piermarini e ai mosaici della domus romana sotto palazzo Ottoni
I letto era un po' scomodo, il materasso potrebbe essere meglio e la biancheria era macchiata. Il bagno pulito ma un po' stretto. La colazione consiste di un cappuccino e un cornetto presso uno dei bar della zona.

El Gestor es una persona muy amable. Y me atendido perfectamente a mi llegada.
Es algo que está fuera del control del Hotel, y es por la ubicación misma, ya que está en un lugar que es la plaza principal y hay gente que se queda fuera hasta muy altas horas de la noche jugando fútbol y haciendo demasiado ruido. , No tiene aire acondicionado no había posibilidad de cerrar la ventana porque hacía mucho calor
