We liked everything about this property. Marina is kind and a very good host. Everything was very clean, and it looked much better than on the pictures. The apartment has everything that you need. It’s located in the peaceful part of Nikiti. We liked that there was no noise outside, and it wasn't crowded like in the city center. There is a good parking space on the premises. The house is located near the main road and is well-positioned to access the beaches outside Nikiti. We loved so much this place and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The property was generally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The yard was nice and we appreciated having a private parking space inside the property.
The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable and sagging, and the bathroom drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the ants, which were everywhere in the house and even on the furniture, including both small yellow and black ants. The location was also not ideal, as the property is in the old part of Nikiti, while the beach, restaurants, shops and most activities are in the newer part.
