Nicely decorated and good size. Comfortable bed and close to all amenities and beach
Noisy air conditioning and fridge. Lack of storage space in both bedroom and bathroom and it was awkward using the shower gel sachets in the shower. Could have done with a holder in the shower or dispenser. A coffee machine and kettle were provided but it would have been nice to also have some tea/coffee provided. Only providing one coffee and croissant per person for breakfast felt a bit mean.

It was close to everything and super clean. I we were also impressed by how quickly our issue was handled.
The AC wasn’t cooling well when we first arrived. The host gave us problem solving steps and had someone out to attend to the issue right away

Perfect Stay in Nettuno
The apartment was absolutely wonderful — comfortable, spotless, and perfectly located in the very heart of Nettuno. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and cafés and restaurants are right outside the door. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet.
The air conditioning was a great advantage, especially during warm days. The room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was excellent, with very good coffee included in the price. Everything was prepared with great care, making our stay truly enjoyable.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Posizione centralissima e vicino alle spiaggie, stanza grandissima fornita di tutto, letto comodissimo
Alcune cose non funzionanti in camera, come wifi, alcune luci (nella doccia) e il condizionatore leggermente poco potente, ma sono tutte piccole cose, nulla di veramente negativo
