The strategic place. lot of food choices.
The door lock, it's troublesome for us to squat and open the door using the key. It is very hard to insert the key. The keypad is not functioning. It is not very convenient for us if we are in an emergency to open the door.

Pleasant and nice. The self check in and check out system is very-very easy. NO HEADACHE. I took the key from a laundry shop near by as instructed. So never meet the host. But she is contactable via WHATSAPP. My mum also enjoyed staying there. Me and my mum talk a lot. We actually spent more time at the balcony talking even at night 😁. Early morning like 4:30am my mum already sit at the balcony to hear the LIVE CALL FOR THE PRAYER. But the sink area really need some repair. The whole unit is nice .. so pls don’t let the sink area spoil everything. I’m planning to come back here soon. Hopefully the sink area is repaired by that time.
The kitchen cabinet for the sink area need some repair works.

my second stay around the area. the best area in batam to stay. will stay around the area again next time. easy to get the grab and ordering food. lot of eateries and the view especially at night is magnificent. few mini markets to get my drinks and snacks. a walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall.
quiet difficult to open the door with the keys due to its unusual design.

Everything! Since we came back to the exact same unit within 2 months! Location is unbeatable, although lifts could take a while during peak periods. Appreciated the new bolsters!
The towels remained non-absorbent. And the freezer section of the fridge needs defrosting, as the ice is super thick!
