Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, niezłe śniadania, czysto, bardzo miły i pomocny persolel.

Location and friendly and helpful staff
There was some overbooking or another problem so our early check in wasn’t fully honoured (however we received a discount in view of this)

The room was clean, and the staff was polite and respectful. The location is good.
Nothing luxurious or extraordinary. However, it is suitable for a short stay.
I felt slightly overpriced for what it offers.
The main issue was the shower, which did not drain properly and caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was great and people serving it were very polite and professional.
The reception staff at check-in and check-out were very professional.
We needed to remind the reception staff to provide toilet paper, toiletries and towels because the cleaning crews would forget it. The cleaning time was very late because people spend time using the mobile while working. Once, we saw a person of the cleaning crew using the mobile while lying in bed during work.
