Sead the night manager was fantastic. I arrived late and tired and he sorted everything. Great service and very welcoming.

Smack in the middle of a busy shopping Main Street and close to everything, yet rooms are very quiet, loved the cleanliness, two water bottles in the room every day, great reception people, elevator, and walkable from main Prizren bus station
Breakfast was the only thing that was horrible, coffee was really bad, no fruits except a few bad apples , no butter , just extremely
Basic cheese and bread that you cannot toast, so if you are paying more for this bottle
Because of breakfast, that’s not worth it, if you are wanting just a bite to eat before heading out, then it is hreat

Kaffee sehr schlecht
Keine Butter
Das Personal saß lieber gemeinsam auf dem Balkon und rauchte als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern
Die Klimaanlage war Fake und machte nicht kalt sonder war nur laut
Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt
Auf den Toiletten am “Restaurant” war immer Toilettpapier-Notstand
