Could Have Been Better...

The interior and exterior were nice. We liked the games they had available and the welcome card was a nice touch. The interior was clean and spacious. The entry code was sent via email and the instructions were easy to follow. Owners (or their representatives) were responsive on the chat until we had a complaint.

The next door neighbors to the left were playing loud music early in the morning (8:30) making it difficult to sleep in and relax outside because the houses are so close together. The neighbor on the right side had their RV parked next to the backyard fence with the window of the RV above the fence line looking directly onto the backyard which took away from the feeling of privacy while in the backyard. On the second day the workers entered the backyard without prior notice from the owners to us! This was frightening because knowing that strangers had access to the location while we were there was scary. Whoever entered, left the lock off the gate and left the gate wide open. We had our dog with us and the dog could have escaped out the gate if we had let him out. We reported this to the owners and asked why we were not notified that people would be coming and going in the back but never received a reply. We only stayed one of the 2 nights because we felt unsafe staying there knowing anyone could enter through the back without warning. The owners did not assure us that would not happen. We never heard back from them about why we were not notified about the coming/going of the workers or whomever opened that gate. We still haven't heard back about the concern of strangers entering the backyard without prior notice. The pet policy was buried in the contract. It should be clearly stated on the description page on the website. We were not offered a refund for the night we didn't stay.

quote, clean well equipped, comfortable!

very clean, comfortable. better than any hotel in the area, but all of hotels in the are gross. so, I shouldn’t compare them to this place. The home is very greeting when you open the door. I enjoyed my stay!

no garage parking, the shower in the main bathroom give you so little water, it is hard to get wet. the rug in the living room is a trip hazard, since the rug is curled up on one side.
