Worse stay ever

Nothing except the location

On arrival we had to wait because the room wasnt ready, mind you we came after check-in time.The staff was not friendly nor helpful.Day two of our stay we went to the shops ,when we came back two of the cleaning ladies where there as soon as we arrived one quickly left the another one stayed but what was confusing is that she didn't clean.Day 3 still no1 came to clean instead they just came to collect the bed sheets cause apparently the place we booked they were also using it as their storage.On our last day the same thing happened it was simply irritating.Its was as if we didnt pay for the place.

Very poor service from host and very uncomfortable stay

My experience here was very stressful and I am not enjoying my stay. These are the multiple issues i encountered along the way. 1. I arrived early and requested an early check in as we've already had a bad experience at Mint apartments due to the rate fluctuation and missing items from our luggage. I awaited your call to let us know if an early check in was possible, for over and hour after which u failed to respond and accept my calls and I had to approach reception for further information. 2. Even upon an early check in of 1 hour prior to normal check in time, we arrived at an apartment that had a leaky toilet, a TV remote with flat batteries that we had to replace ourselves, no 2pin plugs to charge our phones, no light bulbs in the side lamps to use at night, no cot as requested and approved by your company on the Booking.com website, and even after reminding u, no correct wifi details, and insufficient seating space in the lounging area as advertised on the website. 3. No further contact was made by u to enquire if our stay was comfortable enough, after you approached us for a period of 2mins at the front door. 4. No communication or response to my request to move us to another apartment. Our stay is less than comfortable and very disappointing compared to the details offered on ur page. We own a travel and tourism company and will be putting our review on all the sites we are listed on. Your service has been very poor to us and the main concern i have is that u completely denied my request for a cot and could offer no more than an apology when I called to remind u, regardless of the time it wasn't my duty to remind you as We had been out hoping to return to an apartment with all issues sorted and that was not the case. You have now costed us an extra night of exhaustion from a toddler who is irritable as she has no cot to sleep in due to ur inability to correctly execute due

This B&B was exceptional compared to others I've stayed at. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was impeccably clean, making it feel like a home away from home.

I loved everything, the place is exceptional.
