Velice příjemný majitel, hovořící rovněž anglicky. Poradil nám, která místa v Neapoli a okolí stojí za návštěvu. Zajímavě pohovořil i o historii města. Apartmán je velice pohodlný, prostorný, čistý, s výborně fungující klimatizací. Umístění je strategické - pět minut chůze k Puerta Capuana, kde začíná historické centrum a 10 minut chůze k hlavnímu nádraží (Garibaldi), kde je i stanice metra.
Pouze jedna drobnost, kterou ale majitel nemůže ovlivnit - čistota okolních ulic. Ta by mohla být lepší, ale i přesto jsme se cítili v okolí bezpečně a pohybovali se zde bez problémů.

L'accueil très chaleureux de Claudio et sa supra réactivité ! La fonctionnalité de l'appartement, son espace, l'air conditionné. La propreté du lieu (qui contraste avec la situation de l'appartement qui certes, est dans un quartier très animé, typique de Naples!) et son calme !! les chambres sont situées à l'opposé de la rue, très bruyante donc repos assuré la nuit !
L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur gratuit mais nous ne l'avons jamais utilisé, les 3 étages se font facilement.
L'appartement est situé proche de la gare centrale et du métro, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements et visites !
Rien de particulier,, excepté peut-être une petite table d'appoint dans le salon pour optimiser le confort.

Everything in apartment was fine, the owner was very helpful . Across the street, there was a nice Italian shop with fresh mozarella di Buffala and other delicate food.
The location was a bit messy, but in Napoli you have to expect it everywhere…

The unit was very spacious and comfortable and the host, Claudio, was extremely helpful and friendly.
The location was not bad, you could walk to the main train station in 10 mins, but that part of town is very dirty although we never felt unsafe.
