About this house rental
Victoria House is a 1950’s weatherboard gem in the heart of Corowa. Situated within a short walk to Sanger St, the Corowa Whisky and Chocolate Factory and only 150 metre stroll to the Majestic Murray River guests won’t need to get the car out!
If guests do choose to adventure further afield, Victoria house is a 10 minute drive to Rutherglen and the surrounding wineries.
Corowa is 45 minutes drive to Albury Wodonga and Yarrawonga Mulwala.
Victoria house is a spacious classic weatherboard home with open plan living and gorgeous views of the bush surrounds. The front deck is a perfect place to unwind and relax.
A 85 inch television is perfect for watching sport or a movie night.
Luxury sheets and pillows and quality towels for guests comfort.
There are two split system air conditioners- one in the main bedroom and one in the open living area. There is also ducted gas heating.

What a fantastic house in Corowa! Great spaces for five adults, lots of lounge space and seating options, a well applianced kitchen, blinds and curtains to keep the bedrooms dark with the big comfortable bed. Dog-friendly backyard for our cavoodle. We didn't use the fire pit or the bbq but appreciate the options. Loved the coffee machine, two toilets was good and a carport that fit two cars. Would definitely stay here again. All on the back steps of the whisky distillery and Rutherglen's wineries. A lovely quiet neighbourhood, we walked to town for groceries and breakfast. Nothing was too far.

The accommodation was very neat and in good location. Host was very cooperative. We really enjoyed staying. Love to come again

Spacious and comfortable older house that needs maintenance.
We had a number of issues: a live electrical wire, doors and windows that didn’t close or open and others that didn’t lock, a bathroom lock that locked us out!
(the owner suggested we use a screwdriver to open it-who has one handy on holidays?)
Alarmingly, a bbq that caught on fire with two gas bottles sitting below.
Unfortunately, the owner of the property is relying on guests to report these issues rather than being proactive about the state of the property.
Communication with the owner was prompt but left me the impression that the health, safety and security of guests wasn’t of great concern.
