Our home is at the Top of Chimney Hill development the last house on a cul-De-Sac for total privacy. Walking distance to the Clubhouse. Guest can be provided with full access to all the amenities( Indoor & Outdoor pools, Hot Tub, Ice Skating Ring, Tennis and Basketball courts, Hot tub, . Store up to 4 snowmobiles in a garage. Separate living area in walkout ground level with kitchen, living area, and game room. Perfect area for the kids. *****Winter Rentals******- Please note that this home is on top of the mountain. During the winter months a 4 wheel or AWD vehicle is required. * - Primary renter must be 30 and over *- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) up to 2 pets. Fee of $75/ up to 3-night stay. $150 for anything over 3 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.) *- Resort fee is included in pricing to access the Clubhouse (Indoor/Outdoor pool, Gym) . Code to access the clubhouse will be provided upon checkin. *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id *- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure. *- MRT-11212134-001 * - Primary renter must be 30 and over. *- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vermont mountain home. We love the Wilmington/Chimney Hill area. This house is exactly as described and accommodated all 8 of us, plus a dog, quite comfortably. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Emilio!

The house was nice, we experienced problems with the heat, when we arrived the house was at 63 degrees. The property manager sent over a maintenance guy and he reset the heating system. The next morning a plumber came by as the system was not fixed. The issue was able to be resolved and Emilio was constantly in contact. We enjoyed the house once the heating issue was resolved. One thing of note that was not told to us, Chimney Hill recommends that you have snow tires to access this community as it is very hilly.

The property was even cozier than pictured. We had a such a great time enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner and playing board games by the fire. The Host, unlike many others graciously provided firewood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the house had plenty of room for us to store our snowboarding gear on the front enclosed porch area. The beds were cozy (topped with a featherbed...so nice!). We would definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to Mount Snow! Thank you!!

A reunion of old 9 college friends, now in our 60's, we enjoyed the expanse of this lovely house, with 3 full bathrooms, and 4 nicely furnished and comfortable bedrooms. We particularly appreciated the basement with it's own living room, TV; and an additional kitchen, large fridge (which we needed), and we loved playing air hockey and foosball. The mudroom/porch entry, with lots of space for storage, and for our shoes, coats, and outdoor wear, with a sitting bench, was such a plus. The Coca Cola fridge was ideal. I would recommend that the house sleep 8, as the futon in the loft was not very comfortable. However, the loft would be a fun area for children. Emilio was a most gracious and attentive host, and he was immediately responsive, and attentive to my questions and issues. We would happily return again!
