Located in Safety Harbor, this lovely house for $256 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Your perfect destination for a quick getaway, long holiday retreat, or winter snowbird season. Located in the heart of Safety Harbor, and just 20 minutes away from both Clearwater beach and Downtown Tampa. Only 20 minutes from Tampa airport. You will feel right at home the moment you walk into the house with beautifully designed contemporary, comfy and coastal decor. Main Street Safety Harbor is just two blocks away, so walk or ride bikes to many restaurants, breweries and shops, and watch sunsets each night at the marina on Gulf of Mexico water. THE SPACE: This is a spacious house with a home feeling, open space kitchen, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, closed in patio, and great backyard right on the lake. Includes an efficiency kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven and four-burner stove top. Coffee maker tea kettle, blender, and all the dishes you will need for your stay are here as well. Dining room with table overlooking the lake, and glass sliding doors to the large patio with outdoor seating. Primary bedroom features a king size bed with comfortable mattress, nice cotton sheets, soft bedspread, big closet with hangers for your use, and smart TV. Primary bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and fresh oversized fluffy towels. Both guest bedrooms offers queen size bed with soft mattress, cotton sheets and nice bedspread, good sized closets with hangers for your use, and smart TVs. Guest bathroom with a bathtub shower with glass door and fresh oversized fluffy towels. BEACHES: Clearwater beach is a quick 20 minute drive away, but the area also offers St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Honeymoon Island, Fort de Soto Park, Dunedin Beach, and many more. FEATURES / AMENITIES: • Self check-in with electronic keypad • Full washer & dryer • WiFi • Smart Tvs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBOmax • Coffee maker • Hair dryer • Two adult bicycles to use at any time • Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and soft cooler provided CLEANING: The house is professionally cleaned after each reservation. Our cleaners disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as counters, light switches, handles, remote controls, etc, as well as towels and sheets. PARKING: Feel free to park on the driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars.

What a wonderful home to stay in! Accommodations are plentiful and there is so much to do literally right outside the front door. My favorite was the back porch which was so relaxing. Walking distance to downtown Safety Harbor which is a wonderful little town with tons of charm-both kid friendly and nightlife friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!! Hostess is very responsive and truly caring about the satisfaction of your stay. Loved every second!

This was our second stay in Judy Crown’s bayfront home. Judy is quick to respond to any questions. The home has everything we need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoy the screened in back porch on Alligator Lake. Of course, Tampa Bay is just across the street from the front door. It is an easy walk along the bay to safety Harbor for restaurants and shops. The house is well-maintained and beautifully cleaned. It would be the two bathrooms are large and nicely appointed, and the kitchen has everything you need help to prepare meals. His house definitely deserves a five star rating.

We absolutely loved this property and it was exactly as advertised if not better. The furniture in the living room was very new and comfortable. The entire house was decorated nicely, was very functional, and was very clean. We spent the week enjoying Safety Harbor which was only about a 10 minute walk from the house if that. We enjoyed the trails nearby and got to see some manatee down by the bridge between the lake and the bay. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and watching all of the wildlife - which included turtles, pelicans, alligators, and a bird called an anhinga which we first thought were snakes swimming in the water.
The beds were comfortable. TV and internet services worked perfectly. The kitchen was stocked nicely for us to prepare a few meals from home. Communication with the owner was timely and they answered all of our questions.
We were truly amazed by the property and all it had to offer and if we are ever back in the Safety Harbor area again, we will certainly look to this property as our first choice.
One of the most favorite properties we have ever rented and the owners do a great job at helping you with all the information about the house and the area. Can't say enough nice things about the home.

This property was in a great location. There was everything you would need to feel at home in the kitchen, living and sleeping spaces. The home is modern, has beautiful views and a well maintained front and back garden. Close to town with lots of bars, restaurants and a spa.
Unfortunately, when we arrived we found areas that required more detailed cleaning. Examples include; the back porch table, which had a moldy tablecloth on and a dirty floor. The master bedroom had dirty bed covers and sheets. They were stained, smelt of sweat and contained body hairs on them. Luckily there were spare bedsheets and we changed the bed and washed the dirty blanket and sheets the next morning using the washer and dryer in the garage
But this was inconvenient at 9.30pm when we spotted this. The beds were large and very very comfortable.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the lake and the bay were excellent and the property provided all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Rental is exactly as described. Home was perfect for my (over 75) parents and I. Dad fell on back porch because tile was flawlessly laid and he didn't notice step down. We added neon orange tape & problem solved. Only minor negatives were lack of blinds in bedroom (woke when sun rose) & men would prefer lowered water level in toilets. Lol! The bottom drawer in fridge was broke, but we really didn't need it. Loved everything about your home. Enjoyed the back yard, sitting by Alligator Lake & actually getting to see one! I strongly encourage anyone interested in a peaceful family friendly rental to look no further. I will definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for us. It is right on the lake so my husband could go fishing from the back yard. Short walk to downtown Safety Harbor with plenty of places to eat. Very quiet neighborhood even though it is busy.
The house was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I adore Safety Harbor, and this bayside location got us everything we wanted: I could get up in the morning and walk to the Safety Harbor pier, park, and port to watch the sunrise. Next a casual walk to Starbucks to pick up the morning matcha and mocha for my lady and me, then a pleasant walk back.
Afternoons were comfortable on the back patio, my concentration or naps only occasionally punctuated by plummeting pelicans, or other fishermen in the lake cove. Evenings we could watch the fading sunset.
I'm struggling to find any negatives : Bayshore is 35-mph but was never so busy as to require a long wait when backing out of the drive. Friday night other residents at the end of the cove were partying, but they couldn't be heard in the house, just somewhat on the back patio.
We'd love to live like this every day!

The view is spectacular. The house comfy and cozy. The master bed a little softer than we like so we just slept in spare room.
We definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The location was incredible and I hope to use this rental in the future. Go out front and look at the bay, go out back and look at a lake, walk outside to the harbor and downtown, easy access to the main highways, clean and comfortable rental and easy checkin/checkout process.

Great floor plan and very comfortable! It is in very good location, near the bay, shopping and dining. We enjoyed the screened lanai and lake view! Directly across the street from the local pedestrian and cycle trail.
