You should be reimbursed within 7-10 business days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S DISCRETION. VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: $100 Non-refundable pet fee per dog (80 lb combined weight limit max). Please send over breed & weight for approval before booking. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard. Please note the yard is not fully fenced in, there is wildlife, and neighboring dogs. All dogs must be kept on a leash while in the yard. USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
