Both bedrooms have top-rated and extremely comfortable mattresses with luxurious high thread count sheets. The home comes with WIFI and a new 60 inch 4K Smart TV with many channels including HBO. The living room is filled with light from the sliding glass doors which open onto the new deck. Our huge deck overlooks the pool giving you a serene view of the tall trees on our two-acre lot across the driveway. Here you will find comfortable lounge chairs and an 11-foot umbrella offering cooling shade in the middle of the day. The umbrella also boasts a built-in solar lighting system creating a special ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine after sundown.
