This condo was absolutely perfect, I didn't want to leave!! The entire property was neat, clean and well maintained. Everything is exactly like it is pictured. The balcony was where I spent the majority of my time watching the ocean, birds and dolphins playing. You don't even need to leave the condo to enjoy a perfect beach view. The furniture was very comfortable and the rooms were so spacious! The kitchen is huge and can easily accommodate multiple people for cooking and eating. The condo has so many extra little things that I have never found in a rental before: plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, lots of utensils, floor fans (yay!!), even a nice first aid kit under the sink. I watched the sunrise and sunset every day, often without leaving the balcony. The beach is clean and private with very few people (It was the off-season) but it was wonderful. If you have kids, traveling with friends and family or alone like myself, this property has everything you could possibly want. I can't wait to return!!

This was our first visit to Atlantic Beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was perfect. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

this condo was perfect for our short trip to the beach. Comfy beds, great kitchen for eating in and the most amazing view of the beach! The linens were really soft--not something you normally find when bedding is provided, so that was a nice surprise. Everyone we dealt with during packet pick-up and drop-off was super. This place had everything we needed and we can't wait to go back.

Really lovely unit. Kitchen was stocked well. Nice kitchen lighting options. Lovely turtle pottery mugs & pretty stylish dishes. Can’t complain about king mattress as I slept well & Casper pillows were a nice change for us. Shade is in the morning luckily. Love the plantation shutters, including for sliding doors. Good color schemes, airy & overall clean as well as updated. Love the multiple hooks over bathroom doors, one coat rack style hook in 2nd bedroom on wall & behind flyer door. All rentals should have such. I still packed my own ovr door hooks as always & used in a few places. They fit. Not everywhere will have spots but here did:) The door lock is tricky so pay attn at check in when they explain. I recommend written instructions. We prefer easier check in & out procedures than the office pickup & drop off. We wanted to leave the island going the other way but had to change our plans to drop keys & packet back to office. Coded door locks are awesome at other Vrbo’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Unit close to beach & wish I’d hung out more on the chaise lounge outside. It’s nice that’s there along w the table & chairs. We would’ve liked an umbrella outside on the table, esp if we’d stayed longer.

The condo was fine. An average rental. The kitchen was horribly stocked!!! I wanted to make potato salad and there was no mixing bowl. There as only a tiny baking sheet…just one!

Our family really enjoyed this property and location for our beach trip. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets, and kitchen items. The living room was very comfortable and we loved looking out the back patio out at the beach when we couldn’t be outside. The beach was never too crowded and the pool was a nice plus on the one day that was too windy to enjoy the beach. We didn’t love that we had to drive to the Vacasa office to pick up and drop off a package that could’ve been easily emailed. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean, but we noticed the dishwasher wasn’t the best. Also, when we first arrived the condo had a horrible estate sale smell to it, if that makes sense? We found multiple candles and opened all the windows to air it out. The floor fans and the master shower could really use some cleaning. I felt like I was standing in the previous guest’s soap scum. Finally, on our last night a roach ran out of the utility closet and under the refrigerator. Overall, I would say the cleaning service really needs to step it up because this is a beautiful property with so much to offer, but I will likely stay somewhere else that makes me feel a little more clean next time.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights and had an awesome time! The condo was spotless, well furnished and has a comfortable bed. The view from inside the condo and from the deck were amazing. The beach is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again!
