Located in Pequot Lakes, this attractive villa for $400 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A secluded lake shore resort with a private, sandy beach located just outside of Pequot Lakes, MN. Our newly constructed villas are nestled in a wooded site with mature trees. Here you can relax at the lake and spend time with friends and family all year round at Wilderness Point Resort! The space: This gorgeous 4 Bedroom Villa is located at Wilderness Point Resort outside of Pequot Lakes, MN and can sleep up to 8 people. On the main level of this Villa, you will find a full kitchen with all of your basic necessities, dining area, a beautiful great room featuring a flat screen TV, couch, a stone fireplace and a vaulted wood ceiling. Off of the great room is a log sided screened in porch with an outdoor table and seating area along with a deck, large gas grill and beautiful views of Middle Cullen Lake. On this level you will also find a King Master Bedroom with a television and a bathroom with a shower. Here you will also find a full size washer and dryer. The upper-level Loft has amazing views of Middle Cullen Lake, beautiful wood ceiling and the great room below. This level also features a large bedroom and a full bathroom. The lower-level great room includes a sofa, Love seat, large TV and sliding door access to the concrete patio, private Villa fire pit and access to the lakeside trails. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on this level. Please note that we do allow dogs in SOME of our units. There is a $50 per dog, per night, non refundable fee. We MUST know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend with you so we can ensure you are placed into a pet friendly Villa. During your stay be sure to check out our Clubhouse for a morning work-out in our exercise room, followed by a dip in the indoor pool or hot tub. If time allows, spend some time in the sauna. Don't forget to check out the game room with arcade games for the kids! In the summer you can head to the beach for an afternoon swim or tan on the swim raft. At the beach you will also find a playground area in the sand for the kiddos to enjoy! If you are feeling adventurous, use our non-motorized water toys for kayaking, paddle boarding or testing out the paddle boat. New for summer 2023 - we will have pontoon rentals available at the resort on site! Speak with a front desk agent at the property to assist you with reserving a pontoon to enjoy the sun! We have boat slips available for use on site, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your boat with so we can ensure you have a boat slip. If you are feeling the need for adventure on land, enjoy hiking the Paul Bunyan Trail, located within 2 miles of our resort. The trail is 120 miles long making it the longest MN bike trail with over 1,000 caches hidden along the trail. The Paul Bunyan Trail connects the Heartland Trail, the Blue Ox Trail and the Cuyuna State Trail. It also features groomed trails for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter months! If you are in need of firewood you can purchase some from the front office for just $10 per bundle. (Important: Please note that we have a few different 4 Bedroom Villas and the decor, beds etc may be different in each Villa. If you have concerns or questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.) GUEST ACCESS: Guest will have the entire Villa to themselves! The Clubhouse, Pool, Sauna, Exercise Room, Beach and other public areas are all shared spaces. POOL, FITNESS CENTER, GAME ROOM: Hours are 8am-10pm PARKING: As a standard rule each Villa can park 2 vehicles in the driveway. If you have additional vehicles and/or trailers you will need to park them in the overflow lot and not on the resort roadways. PLEASE do not park on the grass anywhere on the property.
