Situated in Port Aransas, this charming house for $299 per night is a great option for your next break. Introducing Casita Azul RP8. This coastal cutie is a place your family will return to year after year! Features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enormous eat-in kitchen with mounted television. The perfect place for cooking and gathering. In the living room you will find comfy furnishings including a sofa sleeper, a mounted Roku TV, and Wifi. There is a fenced back yard with ample outdoor furniture to hang out and cook on the charcoal grill. Primary bedroom and bath downstairs with a Queen size bed. Three guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen size bed and en-suite bath, another with a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. HOA PARKING RULES: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Do not park in street and do not park in front of another house. Felt super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We never ran out of toilet paper. Place stays cool and quiet neighborhood

Wasn’t sure about this place due to the last review. Got settled in and had a blast. There was sand between wood floor planks when we got there, but that’s what you get for a beach house. Quick drive to the beach access road so that was nice. We had a dually truck, Expedition, and Tahoe so that made for a tight fit for vehicle parking but it worked. Nice place, worth the money compared to other areas on Port A.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not enjoy this trip for one the HOA man came and was very rude told us no more than 4 vehicles so we moved them and house # 14 had 5 cars are whole trip never there hold them anything our house leaked from the ceiling never will I stay at this royal palm again
