It was clean and comfortable. Bed mattress was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
It was extremely safe, which is a prime consideration for a solo female traveller like me.
Facilities were good.
The towel was replaced occasionally. Could be done more frequently.

The air conditioning had the lower limit of only upto 24°c and that is too low. There should be two complimentary water bottles of two people are checking in. There was none given. I had to go down at the reception early morning to ask someone for water and I was given a jar which was then filled with cold water.
