Right in the middle of town, very comfortable old building (a former monastery), clear instructions from a wonderful host and breakfast a few paces away at cafe Lo Scorretto with plenty of people-watching opportunities.

The host was exceptional, felt like I was visiting family as he gave me wonderful recommendations as a first time Genoa visitor.
Room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was good with shampoo/conditioner and AC is excellent!
NO LIFT but not an issue for me. Host helped me with my 1 luggage and also carried it down when I left.
Host communicated well, he is on site, easy to contact via text.
Location is wonderful with restaurants close by and 2 mini grocery shopping for water and snacks.
Good size room with remodeled bathroom.
Loved my stay!
Not a problem for me but there is no lift/elevator but host helped with.bags.

Perfectly situated in the centre of the old town, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza de Ferrari metro and within walking distance of all the main cultural attractions.
Very plain clean room with a small but sufficient shower room (excellent water pressure). Good air-con.
The café/bar directly outside the front door is excellent value, good for a simple breakfast.
Erman the host is very helpful with tips and suggestions for places to see, eat etc.
My room gave onto a narrow alley and the noise from the Piazza below continues late into the night.
My twin room had two narrow beds providing basic comfort.
