The property has three rooms with their own bathroom and toilet each. It also has a dining/sitting area and a small kitchen.
There is a small TV in the sitting room. There is plenty of space for parking in front of the property.
The property located above a very nice and clean tea room, but it is completely private. There is a Donkey Sanctuary, Golf, small swimming pool and a good restaurant at walking distance.
Many great beaches are 10 min drive away and supermarket is in similar distance. The WIFI is adequate.
The main entrance to the property has a large glass and anyone can see inside the property from the corridor. That was a bit strange. The Kitchen has basic facilities but the fridge for 6 person accommodation is very small.

Great location. Very nice rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed over the heatwave and it was very hot, lucky we brought our own fans.

The property was clean and spacious
When booking and lead up to arrival there was no information or notice that the accommodation was located upstairs above a cafe. Also when booking we requested as offered a travel cot be made available, lucky that I double checked two days before arriving there would be a travel cot available only to be told they do not have one and do not offer this as an option. Had to purchase a second cot to only find hidden in the master bedroom wardrobe a travel cot. Very disappointed in communication. Also the room named Victoria had issues with shower leaking badly and toilet did not flush properly.
