Close to downtown - issues with water

Clean and freshly renovared appartment equipped with all kitchen supplies you may need for a comfortable stay. Located quite close to the downtown - 8-10 mins walk.

Low rate was given by me due to the lack of hot water and inability of managing company to fix it. I was traveling with kids and noone was able to take a shower normally because of a gas heater malfunction.
