L’accueil de Mr Jean-Marie était chaleureux.
Nous avons été séduits par le charme de cette maisonnette en pierre dans ce cadre paisible.
Nous sommes proches d’Ambleteuse, sa jolie plage et son fort Vauban.
A 20 minutes du cap Blanc-Nez pour les jolies randonnées.
Le seul petit point négatif c’est qu’au réveil et le soir, la température dans la pièce principale était assez froide (c’était en février, hors saison) comme il n’est pas possible d’augmenter le thermostat, la soirée sous le plaid est recommandée 😄

Comfortable apartment in charming converted farm building, with bedroom in loft accessible with ladder stairs. Everything perfectly cleaned. Kitchen was well equipped. Ample dining space both inside and outside. Private garden space for the apartment separated by hedge from large main garden (with outdoor games and more seating), which is shared with the adjoining apartment. Owner was friendly and helpful; tourist information and maps were provided in the apartment. House is located on main road through Beuvrequen village. Location is perfect for exploring the Two Caps region. Grocery shopping in nearby Marquise.
Sound isolation between the two apartments was not ideal; we could hear the occupants of the second apartment when they climbed their stairs, and could hear them through the kitchen. The street outside the apartment is generally quiet outside of work traffic hours, but you hear the cars passing by through the open windows or when sitting outside.
