As a genuis level 3 on Booking.com I wouldn’t recommend this location. Sorry.

Great location and close to all the activities our family wanted. Very clean. Unit equipped with utensils and dishes. Appliances in working order.

It was advertised as having two sofa bed’s, however it was more like two couches to sleep on; not traditional pull out sofa beds. The unit was cramped for space with too large of furniture for the space. The bathroom shower had lukewarm water at best. There was no body wash soap left upon our arrival. Only three towels for 3 people - and the third towel was folded up wet from either previous usage or the laundry. I’ve used booking.com for numerous vacations but never had a location with so many private emails back and forth with rules, instructions and procedures (18 plus emails). Far over complicated for what it needed to be to rent a place for a few days. Paid for parking on-site but gates were always opened (suggesting anyone could have parked for free). Garbage located all over the indoor parking garage and evidence homeless living down there. Not secure at all. I was able to enter the building without ID or my fob and never questioned by security. The second TV didn’t operate as it was always trying to connect to another account. The bedroom allowed far too much light to enter via the curtains making for an uncomfortable sleep. I’d strongly not recommend this location to people short of the owner rectifying the issues above.

Very good

Well equipped. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable bed.

A bit crowded in the seating area. Furniture not that comfortable.

clean, good location.

Crazy beuracracy by the Management company just to checkin. No flexibility at checkout time.

Wishing everyone who stays as good an experience as I had.

A new and well stocked apartment. The location was great as I could get a tram/train outside the main entrance. The concierge was more than helpful when I arrived and sorted all my questions. It was good to know that there was someone there most of the time. (I didn’t meet the host so the rating is for him.) The only reason I have not given a full marks is the town of Kitchener which has at the moment got a lot of construction which disrupted the transport occasionally. Top marks though as all the improvements look good.

Nothing much except possibly the road noise but I am a good sleeper and it was starting to get hot and sticky so I wanted the air. I tried to alter the temperature as 23 is too warm for me but couldn’t work it out hence the open window. The main bathroom light went and as I was leaving the next morning I managed without it.
