The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. 4 min walk to Starbucks to grab coffee and breakfast.
Uber Eats has a difficult time finding the place as it’s an apartment building with no clear signage for The Laundry Room and they can’t really stop King’s Road.

The building has two entrances on two different streets which makes uber pick ups and deliveries complicated 8/10 times

Great location and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Good to have a parking spot available during our stay. Apt was clean, stocked well enough with dishes, nice to have a dishwasher. Spacious and well lit. We didn't have wifi but they responded quickly to resolve the issue - the breaker had been tripped so they needed to come to the apt to fix this. There is also a washer/dryer but we didn't use them. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom, ample towels for our stay. Good to have dish detergent and sponge so we didn't have to buy them.
Disappointed that the pool was unavailable the day we were able to use it. It was open the day before and then it got closed down by the city due to an electrical problem. I chose this location to have access to a pool so this was a huge disappointment and not worth the extra cost. The building had a lot of "electrical" issues - pool, tripped breaker, and the fire alarm went off as we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down 13 floors (it was also a false alarm). Our key card wouldn't work at the front of the building so we always had to go in the back way. The elevator there smells of garbage, it's better to use the lobby elevator. Annoying that we had to pay $20+ per night to park when the apt was already higher priced. When selecting the room we thought we would get a balcony, but our apt did not have one. Difficult to adjust the AC temperature, it was either on (freezing) or we had to turn it off.
