Dear Host and Team,
First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your warm hospitality. Staying at your place felt just like being at home; the staff were so friendly, and we truly appreciate your kind flexibility with our time.
We had a wonderful and peaceful stay, and we would love to share a few gentle observations with deep respect, hoping they might be helpful for future guests:
Air Conditioning: Some units had a bit of dust on them, and it took a little while for the rooms to cool down.
Pool & Facilities: The pool had some sediment/dust in it, but it was still quite acceptable. We were very happy with the BBQ grill and the fully equipped kitchen items. The large refrigerator stocked with complimentary drinks was a lovely and appreciated touch!
Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom was wonderfully clean with strong water pressure, and having a washing machine (though an iron would be a great bonus) was extremely convenient.
Location: The accommodation is centrally located among tourist spots, which meant driving back and forth in a star-like pattern, but it was very convenient being just 2.5 km away from a local market to buy fresh seafood for our BBQ.
Atmosphere & Noise: The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, despite having other guests staying nearby. However, the water pump made a frequent clicking/noise, which might be due to the plumbing setup.
Entertainment: The smart TV had plenty of great content to watch once figured out, though guests who are not tech-savvy might find it a bit tricky to navigate local news or live channels at first.
Despite these minor points, we truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and your wonderful service. Thank you once again for taking such good care of us during our stay. We wish you all the best and continued success!
