Well equipped and spacious
Excellent location in walking distance to Wells town and beach
Welcome pack was a nice touch.
Clear arrival instructions.
Parking was a challenge as the residents parking spaces appeared to be used by visitors to other properties in Bakers Yard on a couple of days.
An earlier check in time would have been helpful as 5pm means arriving in the dark.

Location was great. Close to everything in the centre of Wells . House was very comfy with large king size bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Large rooms with a very nice view on marshesfrom living room. Powerful showers.
Not a lot. House configuration obviously constrained by the set up of the house itself. Bathroom on too not very easy to use. Had to rely on the one downstairs 2 floors below. Not extremely convenient. A bit expensive.

Location was great, having a parking space was very good. The view out to sea was lovely.
Having an arrival time of 5pm was disappointing. Also, there was historic dust and dirt under the sofa - we moved it to look for an earring that was dropped. Windows need a clean!

Location and view from kitchen windows
Cleanliness of main lounge/kitchen area. Had to remove a cushion as lost something on sofa and found years of dirt and litter down the sofa - very disappointing. Felt it had a surface clean only and needs a good in depth clean in this area.
