8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

The wardrobe in the room was locked. The reception told me that the owner of your flat is a different person, please contact her. But I did not rent this place from a person, I rented it from La Poudreuse Résidence les Balcons d'Aix. The staff told me that the owner had personal items in the wardrobe, and that's how she rented the room. There is no mention of it in the ad. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a creaking sound coming from the bed when I turned left and right while sleeping.
