النظافة والترتيب وحسن الاستقبال من عامل الفندق خورشيد جزاه الله خيرا
بعد المسافة من الحرم مع عدم تواجد وسيلة انتقال من والي الحرم اقترح عليهم توفير وسائل انتقال تفرق كثييير مع روعة المبني ونظافة الأساس

It was clean and tidy.
The overall staff is cooperative but the receptionist Mr. Marwa is a very unprofessional guy who was a liar and no. Cooperative at all. I came from riyadh and due to faulty Ac i chased this guy for 3 hours to resolve the issue. Later on i found from the staff that Mr. Marwa didnt informed anyone and only gaslighted me. That first day was horrible for me.
