50 metres from the harbour front.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. .
Excellent kitchen facilities, big fridge, lots of pans etc
Host had left fruit and a nice bottle of wine on our arrival
Garden was pretty. Veranda was not overlooked. Off road parking.
Lots of hot water.
Located opposite a lovely restaurant/taverna called Pergola, great food. Also lots of other cafes and restaurants very close by.
The pillows were very firm - this is personal preference but made it hard to sleep..
The house is on a the corner of a main road through the town. There was a lot of road noise which meant we had to keep windows closed at night, however we did like being so close to the harbour
The kitchen didn't have washing up liquid or tea towels.

Perfect, communication with the host prior to the trip was excellent. the property itself is in a great location very close to all the local amenities. It was very clean and just as described. Especially loved the private outside space. Everything you need is in the property and more. Agia effimia is the perfect spot to explore the island this was our 4th trip to agia effimia and this was by far my favourite property.
