Tranquilo pero no muy agradable

Tiene buenas vistas , ubicado en lugar tranquilo , cocina equipada y buena piscina .

El sofá cama muy incómodo y el vecino un impertinente ( asomándose cada rato y quejándose de las personas que llegan a veranear al apartamento )

Estafa

Los colchones horribles no se podía dormir, encima pasaba el tren debajo y hacía ruido, muy lejos del centro, la habitación superpequeña sin aire acondicionado, el baño un desastre sin mampara con una cortina vieja y se salía el agua de la ducha, la cocina sin campana es tractora se llenaba todo de humo, nos cobraron 80€ por la limpieza que no figuraban en el contrato, la piscina de l urbanización con césped sin cuidar, un auténtico desastre de apartamento, vecinos ruidosos con gritos y peleas. Una auténtica estafa. El peor apartamento de todas mis vacaciones. Pondré una reclamación.

Ruim appartement in m2 Goed werkende airco Fijn zwembad

-Veel stank in het appartementen complex. -Eigenaar liet ons 45 min. wachten voor we het appartement in konden. Afgesproken tijd was 16.00u en hij liet ons tot 16.45u in de zon wachten. -we moesten ter plekke 90 euro schoonmaakkosten betalen , dit had ik liever inclusief de verblijfskosten gehad want nu kwam het er onverwachts extra bij! -het huisje was slecht gepoetst, onder het bed kwamen we een vieze onderbroek tegen en in de badkamer zat schimmel en zand. -erg gehorig vanwege omwonende buren die s,avonds laat nog aan het schreeuwen en rommelen waren. -De slang van de airco was kapot en deze hing op de grond van het balkon waardoor deze lekte naar de onderburen waardoor deze gingen klagen. Vervolgens hadden we s'avonds buren die aan gingen bellen en ons bang maakten toen we niet reageerden. We hebben bijna de politie moeten bellen. -Er was beperkt parkeerplek in de buurt van het appartement noch in de straten eromheen. -als je naar het strand of het centrum wilde moest je op de terugweg 15 minuten trappen en en bergen op lopen en onder een tunneltje van het spoor door waar.het vreselijk stonk en waar zwervers zaten die op de looppad hun ontlasting achter lieten. Heel vies en creepy! -

La tranquilidad

Deberían de revisar que los empleados de limpieza hacen bien su trabajo ya que el apartamento no estaba muy limpio sin decir que las sábanas que están amarilla y sucias ( menos mal que siempre llevo las mías )
