A lovely little cottage which had everything I needed.

The facility, a converted dairy, was roomy, comfortable and very welcoming after a long drive. Our hostess was charming.
The fact that our schedule meant we couldn't return for another stay. Oh, and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work

Character, the polar opposite of a souless travel lodge, lovely place and lovely lady. Like sleeping in an antique shop the place is full of interesting furniture and old books, the main room itself is quite big with a high beamed ceiling a nice big comfortable bed, table and chairs and a tv with catch up apps, a little dust and the odd spider for company. The smaller kitchen and shower rooms are clean and well equipped. I would stay again if I was ever in the area, highly recommend.

The property was perfect for me and my German shepherd x. The antiques and location were a real highlight. Frances, the owner, could not have been more kind and helpful. Any time I need to stay in the area again my first stop will be this property. 10/10
