Simply exeptional

Truly Incredible, honestly they saved my life. I was a bit lost in the city and it was getting late, and after a horrible experience with a different hotel hours prior, this one was phenomenal. Super clean, comfortable, and EVERYTHING smelled nice, from entering the hotel, to your room and even the sheets and covers smell incredible, not an overpowering smell either, but just soft and very pleasant. Lovely and respectful staff, looked after me if I ever needed a cab or any assistance. Definitely returning here. (Also bonus points for having many TV channels in English or Spanish)

NUNCA HOSPEDARSE AQUI HAY MEJORES HOSPEDAJES EN CUENCA

Nada terible, este hospedaje es mas malo que pegarle a la madre.....

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. No voy a negar que me molesté durante la situación, pero considero que nuestra reacción fue consecuencia de la forma en que fuimos atendidos. Desde el inicio tuvimos inconvenientes con una chica que nos atendió con una actitud prepotente, poco cordial y, en varios momentos, pasivo-agresiva. Además, desde el principio indicamos que viajábamos con nuestra perrita, que es muy tranquila y relajada y que no genera ningún tipo de inconveniente. Posteriormente se nos quiso cobrar un valor adicional que no estaba especificado ni claramente informado en las condiciones de nuestra reserva. A pesar de que se nos explicó en ese momento que existía ese adicional, estábamos dispuestos a pagarlo. Lo que realmente nos molestó fue la pésima actitud y la forma en que fuimos tratados por el personal. Cuando solicitamos hablar con el gerente, se nos indicó que no se encontraba. Después apareció un señor que supuestamente era el dueño del alojamiento, cuya actitud fue sumamente grosera y agresiva, llegando la situación a un punto realmente incómodo e intimidante, como si en cualquier momento pudiera llegar a una confrontación física. En ningún momento esperábamos recibir ese tipo de trato en un alojamiento. Somos viajeros frecuentes y, personalmente, he utilizado numerosos alojamientos y plataformas de reserva, y nunca había tenido una situación de este tipo. Una cosa es que pueda existir un inconveniente con una reserva, una mascota o un cobro, y otra muy distinta es la manera en que se trata al huésped cuando presenta un reclamo. En nuestro caso, esa fue precisamente la parte más desagradable de la experiencia. Por nuestra experiencia, no volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí ni recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

El servicio muy amigable. La habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. No tomé desayuno pero el último día pedí café para el camino y me lo dieron para llevar, estaba muy bueno. Se portaron muy bien con mi mascota y, aunque no tenían césped, sino un patio amplio, había un parque a una cuadra y el río a 5 cuadras.

A veces tomaba tiempo en que contesten para abrir la puerta de parqueo o la puerta peatonal. Quizás se podría solucionar entregando llaves de la puerta peatonal a los huéspedes. No esta muy cerca de los lugares turísticos.
