Appartamento ben arredato e spazioso, in generale l'appartamento era pulito, ampi spazi in tutte le stanze, cucina completa di tutto. Posto auto coperto e ampio spazio esterno, sia scoperto che coperto con sedie e tavolo. La posizione è centrale sull'isola e permette di raggiungere in 30-40 minuti massimo tutte le zone principali e circa 25 minuti Kos Town. C'è un market abbastanza fornito a due minuti a piedi, più altri a pochi minuti di auto. L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla e lontano da strade principali, vicino ad una sola abitazione e circondata da campi. Cuscini di diversi tipi e comodi, cosi come il materasso.
La lavatrice necessita di una pulizia, specialmente nella guarnizione. C'erano delle ragnatele negli angoli bassi della cucina e una grande nella sedia in cucina. Non c'è un vero e proprio stendino per i panni, ma solo qualche cavo nel portico esterno che ho dovuto pulire perché molto sporco. Problema principale è la presenza di formiche che entrano in cucina, probabilmente c'è una fessura da cui passano attraverso il piano vicino ai fornelli, purtroppo ho dovuto utilizzare giornalmente spray per le formiche.

The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very big and spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and felt at home.
The host was always very kind and available via WhatsApp, and whenever we had a question or a small issue, she was quick to help us.
The only minor downside was the washing machine: unfortunately, after using it, we noticed some rust stains on a few of our clothes. Apart from this inconvenience, everything else was great and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

Lovely modern, quiet and airy bungalow/apartment with lots of space inside and out. Great bathroom with washing machine. Great little super market in easy walking distance, well stocked and very friendly people.
The location was a little disappointing. We wanted to be away from too much noise and goings on but the property is really in the middle of nowhere. You have to walk or hire a bike to get anywhere without a car. The beach nearest the property is a fair way away on foot and certainly not the nicest on the island! The water is shallow and rough. The whole island was pretty windy when we visited.
