Moab itself is a clean, pleasant city with lots and lots of hotels and restaurants, but they've managed to avoid making it feel like a tourist town.
Kokopelli West is a standout for the format of their little enclave of serenity. Tiny cottages with a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal, including ground coffee and spices. If all the cottages are set up the same, then they can sleep 4 people if you don't mind being a little cramped or two people pretty comfortably.
There's a central courtyard that just begs you to mingle with other guests or sit quietly in front of your unit and enjoy the morning or evening. There's a grill, hot tub and a few places to gather and socialize. Nice landscaping touches and very quiet.
Parking is adequate and it's close to plenty of restaurants if you want to walk to dinner.
I accidentally left my hiking shoes behind and they were in the mail before the end of the day. THAT is service.
I had to think real hard about this and all I could come up with was this - I wish they had a couple suitcase stands for our luggage. We ended up using the bunk beds as a stand-in so it wasn't a big inconvenience. Other than that, Kokopelli West was perfect.

Perfect location to explore the national parks. Located right at the heart of moab with plenty of dining locations within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. The property is well maintained and very functional. Comfortable bed. The owner/host/manager provides a guide with instructions for check-in and activities to do nearby. The bed is comfortable and water pressure is good. Place was well cleaned. No complaints and would stay here again.
