It was a modern well appointed apartment that was centrally located near Chatalga, a popular retail precinct with a nearby market, cafes and shops.
There were things that were broken or were breaking down necessitating repeat visits from trades to fix or otherwise postpone repairs eg. dishwasher.
A toaster would be a nice idea as westerners like toast and a toaster is more convenient than using the oven griller. A microwave would be desirable too.
We prefer strong showers with full coverage - the shower head didn’t provide this but on the other hand it was adequate in the summer and we were still able to shower properly.
Finally, the apartment has a serious pigeon problem. The pigeons are roosting behind a defunct air conditioner . The wires have been cut. If you get rid of the air conditioner which has no utility now , you will get rid of this problem. The pigeon droppings are highly unhygienic and this problem must be attended to. The noise of the pigeons interrupts sleep as my mother found.
Finally, the mattress should be replaced. My mother found it to be very dirty.

I was thoroughly impressed with the seamless booking process and the accuracy of the accommodation's description on Booking. The apartment made my travel experience hassle-free and enjoyable, exceeding my expectations.
I was disappointed to learn that the building doesn't have an elevator. But that was not a big problem cuz the apartment is on the second floor.

The balcony was very dirty. There were only two forks even though the property is for four people.
